CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

At Memory Makerz, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. However, we understand that plans can change, and adjustments to your booking may become necessary. Please review our cancellation and refund policies below:

 

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours of payment will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are provided only in cases where our service providers are unable to attend or have missed the entirety of the scheduled event.

In cases where an event is canceled, a 50% refund will be issued.

If an event is canceled on the day or within 15 days of the scheduled date, when our photographers and other providers have already been confirmed, we reserve the right to deny refunds. However, we are open to rescheduling services to a later date.
